Inmate Visitations

Option One:
Computer & Phone Browser
You can access video visitation from your home computer or cell phone web browser. Unlike on-site visits, home visits are available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. To use this option, you need to create a visitor account on CIDNET. After creating your account, you'll need approval from jail staff before scheduling a visit. Once approved via email, you can proceed to schedule your visit. Please note that fees apply for this service. For help with account creation or setting up a visit, contact CIDNET at 1-888-984-1903.
Currently, there is NO phone app available. You must use your computer or mobile browser to log in to your account and communicate with the inmate.
How-to Create Cidnet Account
Below is a step-by-step guide to creating a Cidnet account for inmate video, text, and phone calls.
Step One
- Please navigate to Cidnet website, Cidnet.net. Click “Register."
- Enter your email, time zone, and first and last name.
- Select the state and facility where the incarcerated person resides.
- Read and accept the “Terms of Use.”
- You will then receive an email containing a link to verify your account. If you do not see this email, please check your spam folder.
- Click the link, and when prompted, enter your security PIN.
- Choose two security questions and answers.
- Finally, create your password and click “Sign In.”
Step Two:
You will be required to update your account information to add your date of birth and phone number and upload a Government-issued ID to visit an inmate. You can do so by Clicking Here or clicking the three lines at the top right corner of the page and clicking Account.
Step Three:
Once in your account, click the three lines in the top right corner of the page.
- Click Add Inmate
- Select the State in which the inmate is incarcerated
- Select The Facility
- Select The Inmate
Option Two:
Jail Visitation Lobby
A video visitation booth is available in the main lobby of the Price County Sheriff's Office, offered free of charge. Due to the single video monitor, only one visit can occur at a time. To schedule an on-site visitation, please use your Cidnet Account. If you have a disability, jail staff can schedule for you, but this is up to the officer's discretion. If staff are available to do so, call 715-339-4116. Walk-ins are accepted, but appointments may not always be available.
Days: Sunday through Saturday
How: Visitation is conducted via video. Face to Face visitation is not allowed
Visit Length: 20 minutes
Times:
- 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
- 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
